Administrative Assistant

To provide comprehensive, efficient and effective administrative support the Bureau staff, including a reception service. The successful applicant should have excellent communication and numerical skills, be confident in the use of Microsoft applications and be able to work both as part of a team and using their own initiative.

Welfare Rights Worker

The Welfare Rights Worker will deliver a holistic advice and support service for clients with complex welfare benefit enquiries. This involves case work and representation at tribunal. This role also involves providing specialist support, advice and training to bureau paid staff and volunteers.
