Location: Currently all Forum staff are working from home due to Covid-19 restrictions. After restrictions are lifted, there will be a number of days when the role-holder will be required to work from the Scottish Fair Trade Forum office in Glasgow and at other times will be able to work from home or in the office and also some travel around Scotland to attend meetings etc will be required.
The Scottish Fair Trade Forum’s Engagement and Communications Officer plays a key operational role in ensuring the Forum delivers on its commitment to widen and deepen Scotland’s commitment as a Fair Trade Nation. You will work with communities across Scotland initiating and developing new activities and supporting established groups and activities. You will lead on the Forum’s communications with members, supporters, stakeholders and the public.
The Scottish Fair Trade Forum’s Development Officer plays a key role in ensuring the Forum supports and develops the market for Fair Trade in Scotland and also identifying, assessing and implementing development opportunities for the Forum.
The Scottish Fair Trade Forum’s Finance and Administration Officer ensures efficient financial and administrative systems and support for the Forum’s operations.
Director appointments for a new trading subsidiary of an established campaigning charity.
The Scottish Fair Trade Forum is establishing a trading subsidiary and is looking to appoint directors for the new company
Potential directors will have experience and/or knowledge of some (but not necessarily all) of the following: business with a social mission, charity trading subsidiaries, marketing, provision of consultancy services, financial management, and building relationships with customer organisations.
