Organisational Information

Visualise Scotland is a charity which provides support to adults with multiple disabilities in Edinburgh and the Lothians. Building on our origins as an activity group for young people with visual impairment, we have expanded our services and now provide day and housing support to adults with a variety of additional support needs. We deliver residential services across Edinburgh, and from our hub in Musselburgh we offer opportunities for people to access the community.

We are a relatively small organisation with a team of about 80 staff supporting 20 individuals. Our services are funded almost exclusively by local government.
