Organised, motivated and a confident communicator, you’ll be responsible for driving income and building relationships throughout the agricultural community in Scotland to help ensure we have the funds needed to deliver our services.

We are looking for an engaging, passionate and pro-active person who can think on their feet and take initiative.
Along with great copy writing and social media skills, you will also have excellent admin and organisational skills. You will be experienced at developing relationships and can manage a busy and varied workload.
The role requires some weekend and evening working, and requires on occasion to work outside the scope of the role to assist with delivering the strategic objectives of the charity.
The Purpose of the role is to:
1. Support the development and implementation of fundraising operations to maximise fundraising income and improve efficiency across all income streams.
2. Engage with key stakeholders to raise awareness of the charity and the services provided to support income generation.
3. Provide assistance to the wider team in terms of administration, analysis, digital, financial, events.

The Head of Fundraising will be responsible for developing and leading RSABI’s fundraising, marketing and communications activity in line with our strategic objectives. As a member of our Management Team you will play an important role in the development, implementation and monitoring of strategy, direction and decision-making.
RSABI provides financial, practical, and emotional support to people involved in Scottish agriculture. The support is mainly delivered through our national helpline and case work which is undertaken by a team of case officers supported by the Welfare Manager.
RSABI is looking for a new case officer to join our Welfare team. This individual will be responsible, along with another member of staff, for delivering our package of support to new and existing beneficiaries mainly in the Highlands and Islands. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting RSABI’s national helpline which will include making outbound support calls to clients.

The Trustees of RSABI, the charity supporting people in Scottish agriculture, are looking for a new Chief Executive.
RSABI offers a diverse range of services, providing practical help, financial assistance, and emotional support to anyone that has worked or is currently working in farming, crofting and occupations related to Scottish agriculture.
Leading a team of ten, and supported by a group of volunteers, the Chief Executive is the principal ambassador of RSABI.
As the Chief Executive you would provide leadership and operational expertise to ensure RSABI continues to meet its strategic goals, growing RSABI’s reach and influence in order to encourage more clients to use our services, increase our income and ensure an effective range of support services are available.
Building relationships and strategic partnerships in both the public and private sector, fundraising and hands-on promotion of RSABI’s work are all key components of this very busy and dynamic role.
The governance, compliance and financial security of the Charity are paramount and under the direct stewardship of the Chief Executive, who in turn reports directly to the Board of Trustees.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate their ability across the range of competencies noted above and have had recent experience of working at a senior level across all market sectors, public, private and charitable.
