This is an exciting opportunity to join the Making it Work project which has been supporting lone parents to progress towards employment since 2013. We believe the right job can be a route out of poverty for vulnerable families. Our Support Workers are creative and innovative delivering 1-1 and group support to lone parents.

The post holder will have a qualification in a related discipline to a minimum SCQF Level 7, such as SVQ 3 Health and Social Care or the HNC Social Science, HNC Child Care and Education and together with demonstrable experience, also the ability and willingness to complete further training and qualification as identified.
We are looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to work with our Early years Team. This person needs to have experience of capacity building and supporting volunteers and have the attributes and skills that support volunteers to meet the needs of the team and families in a flexible, non-judgemental manner. Someone who is creative and enjoys supporting others to be active and part of their community. This person must be a team player and also able to work with autonomy in the local community.
Fife Teen Parent Project Team is looking for a dynamic person to join them. This amazing opportunity is for a “can do” creative person with a passion to ensure that the children have the best start possible and that young parents aspirations for the future are met.
