This new post has been created to provide assistance to the Quality and Results Manager and other business colleagues to ensure our business is well-governed and effective. They will play a crucial role in assuring the overall quality and performance of the charity. They will also support the day to day operations of the BRAG Methil site dealing with tennats and calls. They will form and will act as a member of the Corporate Support team.

About You

You will have a qualification in a relevant discipline such as Admin, Finance or Business Management to a minimum of SVQ 3 or demonstrable experience or equivalent. This could be along with a relevant admin qualification. You will also have proven experience of working within an administration role with a particular focus on quality and compliance. You will be comfortable in your preparation of reports, spreadsheets or databases to prepare papers or reports that may include complex numerical data. You will be a known self-starter that has a can-do attitude with values that match our own.

The post is responsible for the delivery of activities related to the operation of BRAG’s delivery on The Square Start Families project

The post holder will actively identify families who will benefit from intense support and interaction and deliver a range of activities that provide early intervention within whole families. You along with partners will support the timetable of events and deliver workshops that provide life skills to prevent feelings of social isolation supporting the parents to have belief in opportunity for both them and their young people, alongside practical parenting help.

All such training services will be implemented to Quality Standards, with fair and equal opportunity for all concerned and will be carried out in a healthy and safe environment and in a positive manner suitable to all learners needs.

You will also carry out administrative duties by developing and sharing best practice, of recording events and other related admin asks daily providing data to enable the team to pull together reports that will demonstrate the work done on project and measure the distance travelled.

The post is responsible for the delivery of activities related to the operation of Brag’s delivery within the youth and communities team for youths aged 19-24.

The company specialises in the delivery of learning activities to service users who have been out of work for a period and may have barriers, either perceived or actual, to securing and sustaining paid work. All work undertaken is alongside the service users ambition and there is an agreed action plan to facilitate the journey required uniquely for everyone.

• To proactively engage with local employers to source relevant employment opportunities for our service users.
• To manage a pipeline of employers and vacancies whilst providing direct access to interviews.
• To provide support to employers to effectively manage their recruitment process to hire the right staff for good roles.

The post is responsible for the delivery of activities related to the operation of Brag’s delivery to support adults from unemployment into work.

The company specialises in the delivery of learning activities to service users who have been out of work for a period and may have barriers, either perceived or actual, to securing and sustaining paid work. All work undertaken is alongside the service users ambition and there is an agreed action plan to facilitate the journey required uniquely for each individual.

Duties

The post holder will support the timetable of events and deliver workshops that provide life skills to prevent feelings of social isolation and fear of no opportunity for young people, alongside practical parenting help. All such training services will be implemented to Quality Standards, with fair and equal opportunity for all concerned and will be carried out in a healthy and safe environment and in a positive manner suitable to all learners needs.

To provide administrative support, by developing and sharing best practice of recording events and other related tasks daily.

To support providing data to enable the team to pull together reports that will demonstrate the work done on project and measure the distance travelled.

To network with relevant organisations to both facilitate referral streams and enable co-working.

The post is responsible for the delivery of activities related to the operation of Brag’s youth work with 19–24-year-olds. The work is Fife wide and will be undertaken both face to face and via digital platforms.

To provide training, support, and guidance to all participants on the programme for them to increase their confidence, skills, and experience and to attain and sustain employment. The post is responsible for the delivery of activities related to the operation of Brag’s adult delivery programme.

The work is Fife wide and will be undertaken both face to face and via digital platforms.
