We are seeking a highly proactive and well-organised Senior Administrator who can manage and implement HR systems, provide administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive and organisation and ensure the smooth running of the office and its systems.

This is a new part-time role within ACOSVO which offers a great opportunity to utilise your skills to contribute to ACOSVO’s ambition for growth, wellbeing, sustainability and leadership excellence.

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in a comparable role with excellent organisational and people-handling skills, a high standard of professionalism, a flexible approach to helping others and an interest in providing excellent customer care.

ACOSVO have exciting plans for the future, and this is an excellent time for someone with drive and commitment to work with us to ensure the smooth running of the organisation and play a key role in supporting the organisation and its goals.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Strategic Partners and Fundraising Manager who can work closely with our Head of Sustainability to develop and manage our strategic partnerships, develop new partnerships and contribute to our fundraising strategy in the coming years. We are looking for a self-motivated and ambitious individual with a genuine passion for enhancing leadership in Scotland’s voluntary sector.

This is a new part-time role within ACOSVO which offers a great opportunity to lead strategic partnership development and contribute to fundraising consistent with ACOSVO’s Sustainability and Resource Strategies.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and securing successful new business relationships and funding opportunities, from the research stage through to close. You will be a confident communicator, able to build and maintain strong relationships with a range of stakeholders and supporters.
