Ark is looking for an ICT Officer who is passionate about customer service and knowledgeable in the maintenance and support of IT systems and services. We are ideally looking for someone with a methodical & thorough approach to problem solving and a proven background working in an IT support role with solid technical skills.
In this role you will support the user community and monitor, maintain, and update the ICT infrastructure & systems and will provide an efficient and effective customer service to both technical and non-technical individuals. As well as having the ability to build effective relationships and demonstrate professional communication skills at all levels throughout the business. We would also require you to have a full driving licence to visit our remote sites when necessary. If you have excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to communicate effectively with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills then we would love to hear from you.
