Exciting New Role.

The General Federation of Trade Unions Educational Trust has been providing quality trade union related training and education for fifty years to build capacity in the sector.

We have a successful model that is well used and well managed but we are looking to take this to the next level. We are therefore recruiting a new and creative post and are seeking a committed professional with a passion for adult learning to strengthen the provision of our service by securing funds and contracts and enhancing the financial sustainability of the training provision.

If you are experienced in fund raising or enterprise development, ideally in the training and capacity-building sector and if you have a track record in growing an organisation or a division we would love to hear from you.

For the right person, or people, we can be very flexible in employment arrangements on all counts, but have in mind at least a two year commitment and around 3 days a week.

The GFTU ET transforms minds and lives and creates imaginative opportunities to learn.

If you would enjoy the prospect of making a major contribution to a worthwhile charity with a great record of success and huge potential please email the Secretary, Doug Nicholls, doug@gftu.org.uk.
