OneRen places community health and wellbeing at the heart all that we do. This post will support our aim to improve our communities’ health and wellbeing by working in partnership to support individuals to access a range of life-enhancing and accessible cultural opportunities that meet local needs and improve life chances across the population. You will be responsible for identifying and establishing partnerships with relevant voluntary, third sector and community organisation that support and deliver health and wellbeing provision, acting as a conduit for referrals from GPs and other health professionals to OneRen’s programmes and services. These will be collated to form a Social/Cultural Prescription Menu.
