Do you have the drive and passion to support us in tackling food poverty? In 2018-19 we supported 4,700 people living in poverty by providing them with emergency food. This was a 33% increase from the previous years and the need for our services is continuing to grow.

We have now reached a point where we need to recruit our first paid position to help us manage the growing need for our service. As the Development Officer your main responsibility will be to focus of the single referral Gateway Model and to analyse and report on its effectiveness, working alongside the Trussell Trust and North Lanarkshire Council. We want to reduce the dependence on our food bank and reduce food poverty in our community. You will be a key player in helping us achieve this.

The successful candidate will have experience of project management, analysing data and using data to present information to inform and influence decision makers.
