Who we are and what we do: Resilience Learning Partnership (RLP) are an education and training provider specialising in Psychological Trauma and lived experience. The majority of our workforce have lived experience of both psychological trauma and public services which allows us to imbed a deep and meaningful understanding of the complexities to consider when designing/redesigning public policy and service provision in Scotland. Our workforce is diverse and individual qualifications range from Post

Graduate degree level to National Qualifications. Where individuals don’t have the relevant or required academic/professional experience we work with them through new and innovative approaches to develop assets-based learning and development which allows them to develop the skills required to become part of the wider sector workforce in Scotland.

This post is an innovative approach to neighbourhood-based community development. It will take an Asset Based Community Development and Trauma-Informed approach to working alongside the communities of Carbrain and Kildrum. It will support residents to identify their strengths, aspirations, passions and gifts as well as develop understanding of the impact trauma can have on individuals, families and the wider community; it will have a major focus on supporting development of relationships and connections locally as well as implementing the principles of trauma informed practices: Choice, Collaboration, Empowerment, Trust and Safety.

Finance & Funding Officer

Due to the nature of this specific role, we are open to candidates who may come from a consultant or freelancer background. This position can be flexible in relation to the person and/or the hours and work pattern. This role would suit someone with entrepreneurial skills and who has worked on sessional projects similar to this role previously. Likewise, we would also welcome a candidate who would prefer to take on the employed position.

We are a fast-growing social enterprise and we are building a strong team to ensure we remain a sustainable organisation. As we continue to grow and embrace new challenges, our business must constantly evolve.

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Funding Officer who can work under the ability of their own initiative but also work well as part of a team. You will be applying and reporting on funding whilst working with project leads on managing budgets. You will have experience in high growth organisations, this means you need to be adaptable and flexible, but it also provides plenty of opportunity for personal and professional growth.
