We seek a Loans Officer to join our team at an exciting stage in our growth and development. The successful applicant will join Fife's largest credit union. We help people of Fife to save and borrow at affordable rates.

The post holder will assess individual loan applications with prudent and responsible consideration using a range of tools and techniques, such as affordability assessment, scoring, credit checking, speaking to Members and other underwriting activities.

The successful applicant will have a commitment to financial inclusion, helping people to improve their financial confidence and finances. Excellent customer service skills, accuracy and number skills are essential.

Kingdom Community Bank (KCB) is Fife's largest credit union - a community-owned co-operative which provides savings and affordable loans to people who live or work in Fife. We have thousands of members and millions of pounds in assets, with exciting plans for growth in the coming months.

As Loans Officer you get to work closely with members to understand their circumstances and needs, make an objective assessment in line with policies and best practice and ensure that we provide affordable loans only when appropriate and in the member's best interest.

We seek an Outreach Officer to join our team at an exciting stage in our growth and development. The successful applicant will join Fife's largest credit union. We help people of Fife to save and borrow at affordable rates.

The post holder - for this new project - will engage with communities and groups across South West Fife to promote benefits of credit union membership. The successful applicant will have a commitment to financial inclusion, helping people to improve their financial confidence and finances. Excellent communication and networking skills will be essential.
