Let’s Talk (Young People) CIC are a not-for-profit Community Interest Company working to improve the sexual, emotional and mental health of children and young people in Edinburgh.

We are looking for two exceptional and skilled Specialist Mental Health Practitioners to deliver a range of therapeutic services to pupils, parents/carers and staff as part of our partnership with Castlebrae Community High School:

• One role is part-time (1 day a week) and we require a Russian/Ukrainian speaker,

• One role is full-time (5 days a week) and we require someone who is COSCA registered.

Pay is £27,961, 5 days (35.75 hours) a week pro rata (some evening work may be required). Both contracts are initially for one year.

Let’s Talk (Young People) CIC are a not-for-profit Community Interest Company working to improve the sexual, emotional and mental health of children and young people in Edinburgh.

We are looking for two exceptional and skilled Project Worker to deliver community mental health services for children (aged 5-11) and young people (12-26) in Edinburgh. This service will work in partnership with Edinburgh Community Yoga, Tinderbox and Edinburgh and Lothian’s Greenspace Trust to provide a range of activities for children and young people.

Pay is £27,961, 5 days (35.75 hours) a week with some evening work required. This contract is initially for one year, with the potential of 4 further years (dependant on funding).

Sessional Workers (subject to PVG)

Let’s Talk are looking for skilled and experienced Sessional Workers to engage with young people and to deliver a range of sexual/emotional/physical health project work to young people (11-26).

Sessional staff are employed for discrete and time limited projects, arranged according to organisational need, so work may be irregular and may not be ongoing. Rates of pay are as follows: £9.90 per hour when doing training or shadowing, £13.66 per hour when delivering services and £16.79 per hour when leading on projects.

Finance/Administration Officer

We are looking for a skilled Finance/Administration Officer to support our staff and volunteers by collating and administering data so that the finance and administrative needs of the service are met.

Pay £22,129 (pro rata). Funding initially for one year, with the potential for a further 4 years dependant on funding.

Part-time 15 hours per week (3 hours each day, 10am to 1pm, Monday - Friday)

• Do you have proven track record of carrying out high quality admin/finance work?

• Do you have experience of using Xero finance and payroll software?

• Do you have good attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines?
