This is an exciting leadership role oﬀering a chance for you to join the Finderne Development Trust at the start of its ambitious journey.
We are looking for an individual who thrives on organisational change and personal growth. You will join the Development Trust as it shapes its 5-‐year Strategic Plan from the outputs of community engagement and will then be the key driving force in its delivery.
The role will grow from setting up the core business processes, through managing high value projects to leading a focussed and energetic team. Self-‐drive and high levels of commitment are prerequisites for fulﬁlling this role. Past experience may be useful, but the key to success in this role will be the right personal characteristics.
