We provide free and independent benefits, general housing and money/ debt advice for anyone in need, residing within our catchment areas. We provide a high quality telephone and friendly face-to-face advice service for those in need of assistance.
Purpose of the job:
• To be responsible for and undertake reception and clerical duties arising out of the operation of Granton Information Centre and the work of the centre staff.
• To provide administrative support to the Office Administration Manager and the advice team.
• To work collaboratively with all GIC staff to ensure the smooth running of the centre.
