Fool On was started by a group of individuals who had a lived experience of a mental health issue. They also shared an interest in the performing arts. Creative writing, Comedy and Music had played a part in promoting positive mental well being for them. They were keen to share their experiences with others in the hope that it would also help others in their journey. Fool on run workshops throughout North Lanarkshire and online. These workshops provide a space for people to learn a Musical Instrument, Singing, Stand Up Comedy, Creative Writing, Songwriting, Musical Theory, Play in a Band, Recording Techniques and so much more. Workshops are delivered in a relaxed atmosphere with an emphasis on support and fun. Participants range from absolute beginners to advanced and are open to individuals that are 16yrs +.

Fool On are a small charity based in North Lanarkshire who use performing arts to promote recovery from mental health issues.
We are recruiting for a part time Project Co-ordinator, with experience of working in the voluntary sector and an interest in mental health and community work.
