An introduction to Home-Start Glasgow South

Home-Start Glasgow South is a leading family support charity striving to give young children the best possible start in life. We help families experiencing issues including isolation, mental health difficulties, bereavement, family breakdown and ill health. We have been operating across South Glasgow for 19 years.

2 x Family Support Workers

We are looking for two experienced Family Support Workers to provide a range of social, emotional and practical support for families in their own homes and in their community.

The successful candidates will have a recognised qualification (SVQ Level 3 or equivalent) for working with children & families. The role requires strong communicators with exceptional personalities.

This position is full-time, requires a full driving licence and is subject to PVG check.

1 x School Family Support Worker

We are looking for an experienced Family Support Worker who will be based between two local primary schools to provide a range of social, emotional and practical support for families.

The successful candidate will have a recognised qualification (SVQ Level 3 or equivalent) for working with children & families. The role requires a strong communicator with an exceptional personality.

This position is full-time, requires a full driving licence and is subject to PVG check.
