An exciting opportunity to join Healthy n Happy Community Development Trust.

Healthy n Happy are seeking an experienced, proactive, self-motivating, caring and enthusiastic team player to help us make Cambuslang and Rutherglen the healthiest and happiest places to live in Scotland.

Applications are invited from those with a track record which clearly demonstrates an ability to work with people to make things happen! As a key worker, you will provide a specialist ‘walk alongside’ service that enables self-management, positive health and wellbeing (with a focus on mental health) and pathways into positive destinations. You will also work collaboratively across the organisation to develop and deliver our services, activities and events that help people to:

  • Build Personal Connections and Relationships
  • Get active, outdoors and green
  • Enjoy the benefits of local culture, arts and radio
  • Engage in lifelong learning and skill building
  • Lead and participate as influential citizens

You will have:

  • worked with people in complex circumstances through 121 person centred planning and effective case coordination
  • excellent interpersonal, facilitation and project management skills
  • experience helping others self-manage their mental health and wellbeing
  • the ability to coordinate and deliver a wide range of wellbeing activities, which could include artistic, musical, creative, outdoor/nature-based inputs and activities.
  • facilitated group sessions, workshops and/or courses
