Cairn Housing Association requires an ICT Lead to deliver ICT and Digital Transformation strategy. This role will have responsibility for the delivery of new core ICT systems and embed new digital ways of working. We are looking for person with good digital skills combined with project and change management.
Key duties would include:
The successful applicant should have an academic qualification in relevant discipline or relevant professional qualification (ITIL).
Travel to other office locations and remote sites, occasionally staying away from home overnight is required for this role.

Cairn Housing Association requires a Property Investment Assistant to provide efficient and effective customer care and administration support to the planned, cyclical and compliance services within the Property Services Team. Support Gas & Electrical Safety compliance tasks for all Cairn stock. Liaise with customers in a helpful and friendly manner ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and provide support for the Customer Services and Cairn Connect teams where required.
The successful applicant should hold recognised administration/repairs qualifications or 2 years’ experience working in an admin role with experience of property services and have substantial knowledge of repairs and maintenance policies.
