We are looking for an Administration Assistant with a particular focus on HR. The HR function within the college falls under the remit of the Business & Resource Manager (BRM). We have around 40 staff, and this role will work with the BRM to ensure the administrative tasks are implemented. The Administration Supervisor has overall line management responsibility for all the administrative staff in the college.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to work part-time and who has some experience of HR. However, we will consider applicants who have an excellent administrative background and good attention to detail. We would also expect applicants to be able to evidence they work experience of working with confidential data.
The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of the recruitment process; maintain the HR Online database and the electronic and paper filing systems; co-ordinate inductions, provide information for payroll and oversee pension administration.
