People’s Health Trust believes in a world without health inequalities. We work to ensure that where you live does not unfairly reduce the length of your life, or the quality of your health.
The Trust was set up to address health inequalities in Great Britain and create fairer places in which to grow, live, work and age. Through our funding and support, we encourage resident-led approaches to have an impact on the real causes of health inequalities.
The Partnership and Learning Officer works closely with funded partners to support the delivery of their programmes locally. Acting as their key point of contact with the Trust, you will use your skills in relationship building and networking to proactively support programmes we fund and ensure the grant is managed effectively.
The Partnership and Learning Officer will contribute to the successful delivery of the Trust’s longer-term funding programmes and their associated activities. You will support programme development and the Trust’s approach to addressing health inequity through building on and sharing your knowledge of funded partners’ work and the context in which they operate.
You will understand the needs of the diverse range of organisations we fund and provide funded partners with a high-quality grant management experience. Your understanding of community development will support you to provide tailored support to funded partners to achieve the funding programme’s theory of change.
