Are you looking for an interim grant-making role with an immediate start? You may be looking for a new position or a short-term secondment opportunity.
We are looking for a Partnership Officer to support our funded partners to address unfair health inequalities and contribute to the successful delivery of our funding programmes.
People’s Health Trust believes in a world without health inequalities. We work to ensure that where you live does not unfairly reduce the length of your life, or the quality of your health.
The Trust’s mission is to address health inequalities in Great Britain and create fairer places in which to grow, live, work and age. Through our funding and support, we support resident-led approaches which have an impact on the socio-economic causes of health inequalities.
This is an exciting time to join the Trust. Through a fixed term contract until the end of 2023, you will be supporting the delivery of our funding programmes and helping to shape future programmes as we move into the second year of our three-year strategy.
Your enthusiasm, knowledge and experience of working with neighbourhoods or community groups to create change will be essential to supporting our current funded partners with sustainability and capacity building. You will draw on your analytical and relationship-building skills, together with an understanding of the needs of community organisations, to ensure funding partnerships are managed effectively.
Working with colleagues across the Trust, you will contribute to the development of our grant programmes and will work collaboratively to share learning internally and externally.
We are committed to being a Disability Confident Employer. Our equalities, diversity and inclusion data shows that we are currently under-represented by certain groups of people. We would particularly encourage applications from Black, Asian and minoritised ethnic communities and disabled people.
