Role

Due to the nature of this specific role, we are open to candidates who may come from a consultant or freelancer background. This position can be flexible in relation to the person and/or the hours and work pattern. This role would suit someone with entrepreneurial skills and who has worked on sessional projects similar to this role previously. Likewise, we would also welcome a candidate who would prefer to take on the employed position.

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Funding Officer who can work under the ability of their own initiative but also work well as part of a team. You will be applying and reporting on funding whilst working with project leads on managing budgets. You will have experience in high growth organisations, this means you need to be adaptable and flexible, but it also provides plenty of opportunity for personal and professional growth. Qualifications:

At Resilience Learning Partnership we believe that the desired and relevant lived and professional experience is just as valuable as academic experience/qualifications. We welcome candidates who may not have an undergraduate degree but who feel they have enough relevant experience, whether professional or lived, to apply for the role and can bring all the other skills required for such a diverse role.

Probationary period is 3 months for external candidates whereafter an informal discussion will take place to confirm the role
